How to make perfectly brewed coffee?

The choice of coffee

Perhaps the most important thing in preparing brewed coffee. An ideal coffee is one that is grown at the ideal altitude in the sunny tropics, cultivated and carefully selected by the hands of farmers. The ideal coffee is roasted and ground with special attention, in modern coffee factories with modern technology. This is exactly what your favorite Rio coffee is like.

Ratio of water to coffee

When it comes to the ideal ratio of water to coffee, everyone has different tastes and preferences. Our recommendation is 7-10 grams of coffee (one and a half teaspoons) per 150 ml of water. The choice of water is also an important decision, the cleaner the water, the more the flavor of the coffee comes to the fore.

Mild, medium or bitter coffee (coffee sweetening)

This is perhaps the most asked question when ordering coffee somewhere. Do you like bitter, medium or mild coffee? When it comes to sweetening the coffee, it is a subjective matter and everyone drinks a different sweetened coffee, i.e. sweetened coffee according to desire.

Coffee brewing

Place the coffee pan over medium to low heat. The most important thing is to stir the coffee as soon as it is placed in the water. It is also important to stir while the sugar melts and be careful not to boil the coffee. The process should be slow to bring out the true flavor.

Removal from the heat

When the coffee starts to rise, i.e. the coffee foams, as it is traditionally called in our country, carefully remove it from the heat. Wait a few seconds and repeat once or twice more for a stronger lather. Each time the foam rises, pour a little into the cup.

Coffee serving

The coffee is slowly poured into the coffee cup, so that the caffee foam stays on top. Leave it for a few minutes before you start drinking it, so that the coffee grounds fall to the bottom of the cup.
